Welcome to the world of A/B testing!
Unlock the door to infinite possibilities with A/B Testing for One-Click Upsells and Order Bumps.
You need a valid ‘Business license of UpStroke’ to get the A/B testing module. If you have the business license then A/B testing will show up on your dashboard automatically and if not, then what are you waiting for? Get it here.
If you’re a WooCommerce store owner you can now test out your offers and bump up your conversion rates.
So before we dive in and start with setting up your first A/B Test, let’s get acquainted with some of the key terms which we’ll be using while we configure the tests.
Experiment: The A/B test which you’re going to perform for your upsell and order bump offers.
Original variant: The variant of offer which you want to test out.
Duplicate variant: When you make a copy of a variant.
New variant: When you add a completely new variant in your experiment to test it against the original variant.
Example: Here’s an example of how an A/B Testing works.
Let’s say you have a VSL based upsell page and a text-based upsell page for a single product.
If you’re wondering which of the two you should have running on your store, just perform an A/B test to find out which of the two converts better.
Once you get the results, declare the winner of the two and the winning variant will replace the previous version of your upsell page to bring in more sales for your store.
Now let’s go behind the scenes to start with setting your first A/B Test (a matter of minutes).
